Fitness & Movement - Yoga (Asana)
Asana is the physical aspect of Yoga and it is a meditative exercise that improves your strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Flow into and out of stretches and poses or maintain and deepen them all while being conscious of your breath.
Set your intention for health, peace and prosperity. Practice the flow of life by breathing fully, letting go of struggle and moving with openness and serenity. Beginners or any experience level are welcomed and you may select a private or group class with one of our gifted instructors.
Pilates
Pilates is a method of body conditioning based on using positioning and gravity to work the muscles and improve posture. Our trainers use bands to add a more challenging resistance workout, a practice that will help the balance of your body and encourage healthy body movement.
